Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Available delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when included with the selected delivery service.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
