We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, launches, or sale events, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery options and costs
The delivery options available for your order, along with the applicable delivery charges, are shown at checkout.
- Standard delivery: £3.99 for orders £20 or under/£4.99 for orders over £20.01, estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch
- Express delivery: £6.99, estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays, severe weather, industrial action, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when included with the selected delivery service. If tracking is available, we’ll send the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery issues
Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.
